Duration and Scope
The course has 3 journeys, beginning on Friday and ending on Sunday. All time indications are based on MEZ/CET (Berlin). They may be subject to slight changes.
The first journey will begin on Friday at 6 p.m. with an introduction and a first meditation. We will end this day at about 8 p.m.
We will begin the second journey on Friday at 2 p.m. and the third journey again at 6 p.m.
On Saturday and Sunday, the course extends over the entire day (approximately 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The core of this course are the meditations, including instructions thereto and exercises thereof. Furthermore, we offer topical presentations as well as relaxation and time for sharing the experiences in small groups. In addition to a lunch break, there will be several shorter breaks throughout the day. Shortly before the first journey, you will receive a program with a more detailed time table.
In addition, we provide you with the possibility to participate in a sadhana at 5:30 a.m., with recitation, kundalini yoga, and meditations.
In order to make the most of your 21 stages experience, please make arrangements to participate as completely as possible.
You will receive supplementary material and small tasks for you to complete before and after each journey. We will send you more detailed information in October.
You can register any time that is 24 hours prior to the beginning of the course (i.e., until October 28, 2021, at 6 p.m.)
The regular price for the complete course with its 3 journeys is 635 €.
In view of the particular situation this year, there is a limited number of places with a reduced price (by 50 € or 100 €) available.
Furthermore, we offer a special bring-a-friend-discount – you bring a friend and the two of you pay 1.050 € (instead of 1.270 €) for the complete course.
In order to facilitate participation at a reduced price for as many persons as possible, we would be very grateful and happy if you contributed with a donation of 50 € or 100 €. Upon request, we will provide you with a donation receipt.
The three journeys may be booked individually, for a rate of 235 €.
A cancellation with refund is possible until 24 hours before the course starts. We will keep an amount of 40 € to cover processing cost. After that time, a refund is not possible anymore. When utilizing the bring-a-friend discount, until 24 hours before the course starts you may nominate someone as your replacement, or we will keep 150 € (110 € lost friend discount, plus 40 € processing fee).
The course will be taught by several trainers (see also our Trainers page).
Due to the time difference between Germany and California, Gurucharan Singh Khalsa will not be online the entire time and will not give the instructions for all the meditation. He will, however, join in the afternoon and evening sessions. All our trainers have many years of deep meditation and teaching experience. In cooperation with and instructed by Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, they all have brought 21 Stages of Meditation to life for many years – both as a live event until 2019 and as an online course last year.
Course languages are German and English, with translation into the respective other language.
Gurucharan Singh Khalsa will teach in English, other trainers will teach in German or English.
There will be some group work during each journey. We will do our best to accomodate your language preference. More information will follow later.
Please indicate on the registration form whether you feel more comfortable to follow the presentations and take part in related discussions in German or in English, or whether you are comfortable with expressing yourself in either language.
You will participate in an online course.
You will need a computer or laptop (Windows PC/Mac), a tablet or smartphone (Android/iOS).
The larger your screen, the easier it is to recognize the content. That is why we recommend using a computer (desktop or laptop). Also, some features will not be available on tablet or smartphone.
Your device has to be equipped with speakers and microphone. This is the case for tablets and smartphones, as for many laptops. A “desktop” computer might need additional equipment. Please make sure that you are equipped with the necessary devices well before the event to avoid unpleasant surprises. While a camera is not required, it is preferable. Also in this respect, please make sure whether your device is already equipped with a camera or whether you may need an external one.
For your participation you will need to install the latest version of a special software (Zoom), which is free of charge. If you require assistance, we recommend to ask for technical support to install, register and configure the software.
